4. Delivery

The service is delivered electronically and activated immediately after payment is confirmed. It becomes available on your account under "Events" and is active for 12 months from the time of purchase.

5. Right of withdrawal

Complaints must be filed within reasonable time after the issue was discovered, and at the latest 2 years after purchase, cf. the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act § 27. We respond to inquiries as quickly as possible, normally within 5 business days.

7. Disputes

Please contact us first in case of any disagreement. If we do not reach an agreement, the matter can be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Authority (forbrukertilsynet.no) or the Consumer Council (forbrukerradet.no). Consumers in the EU can also use the European Commission's online dispute-resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
